      Well, phooey........ Chard, while much more forgiving of our Meridian
heat than most greens, is definitely *not* my favorive green! (Give me kale
and collards, any day.) And I am quite fond of beet *roots*, so I'd love to
see more evidence of their use. *Sigh*
