I also LOVE the Flowers/Rosenbaum edition for the reasons you state above.
It's much easier to go to the kitchen and produce some nice stuff if I don't
have a pre-concieved notion. 

Besides outside of some people like the Frugal Gourmet, Lady Aiofe, Lord
Valario and a few others, I like my cooking best. :-)

Lord Ras (Tip of the day: Try making Scrambled Eggs on very low heat with
cream instead of milk and dropping bits of butter in it as you stir and cook
it. Yummm! :-))
