Hi Anne-Marie,

I am going to have to put my vote in for MasterCook as well.  To date this program
is the best.  As well as the nutrition program Meadhbh mentions you can also have
the program make a shopping list for you and it will scale the recipe up or down as
you need.  I've only been using mine for a few months but I really like it.
