Good Gentles,

I am starting my documentation and experimentation for my next feast.  I
have decided to do a silk route feast and would be interested in seeing what
others have done for this.  If anyone has done one of these, or attended
one, please let me know how they worked and what documentation was used for
the different dishes.  Thank you all.
