Hi Folks -
A question - I was mulling over the discussions of a couple weeks ago on
Butter-making and also the ingredients class, more or less at the same
time, and came to the question of salted versus unsalted butter.
Did they salt butter in period? Should we be using all unsalted butter
in recipes? I don't think it's a big deal in dishes that call for salt,
but what about recipes that don't?
Thoughts?
