First off, sorry if I say something someone already has, I am just back
to work after my Great Aunt died this weekend.

Blancmange is bland, very bland... I hated it when I taste tested it,
but everyone else liked it.  I made it for my feast in November and it
went over well.  We shaped it into ovals and then stuck fried almonds
into it so they stuck out.  No complaints on it at all....
