I would love to be able to buy fresh veggies at an event, especially at one
where there was not a feast.  On the few occasions where that has happened in
the East, or when we have a four-day event with only one feast, or even on
Friday night depending on travel time, my lord and I try to cook something
period for dinner - usually simple things, like making up sauces for pre-
cooked meats, maybe a veggie dish, and dessert at times.  Where I'd really
like to be able to buy them is at Pennsic.  
And I would suggest adding mushrooms to the list, as well as a few turnips.

Question - what do you plan to do with the veggies if they don't sell?
