William gave a recipe for a mainade for dried meat:

>1 tbsp red wine vinegar
>1 tbsp olive oil

How many cup(s) of red wine?

We bought one of the commercial food dryers and have been making
jerky using hamburger and a squeeze tube accessory. I want to
try your marinade for this, although probably on meat strips as
you suggest rather than the lean hamburger.
