1. Get down on your knees and say "thankyou"

2. Eat them warm from the tree

5. The Original Mediterranean Cuisine has a recipie for preserving them with
rose petals, layering flattened figs, rose petals and sugar in a jar, then
storing 15-20 days. Santich suggests adding a bit of rosewater to help our
modern roses along. Haven't tried it - sounds interesting though!

6. Make them into jam

7. Dry them

A start anyway...
