Elizabeth is middling-to-short, has long hair tied back (brown with a white
streak at the front), often wears a blue cote-hardie, and is likely to have
a fiddle in hand when she isn't cooking or holding a small child.  Cariadoc
is the same height as Elizabeth (plus a turban) and rather broader, has
curly dark hair, greying, and usually wears a mid-calf-length robe, black
or off-white or striped, with a sash.
