Hello everyone.

I got this list from the Middle Bridge, and thought I would check it out.
I'm rather excited actually. :)

I'll be o-cratting my first feast in May, and wanted to get a head start on
the planning. We've no theme for the event yet, so as far as I'm concerned,
anything goes. I'd prefer simple, yet tasty; plentiful, yet affordable... is
that doable? I'm sure it is, and I've had many feasts that were. But what
I'd like are suggestions on some of your favourite recipes and combinations
of recipes. (And when I say simple, I don't mean no-brainers. I'm a fairly
good cook so if it's impressive but time consuming/difficult, I can handle
it. :))
Oh! One more thing... the Geneseo (Illinois)Shakespearean Festival asked our
shire to help them out. So I asked them if our cooks guild could merchant.
They in fact, insisted that we did. So, we were thinking of meat pies.
Anyone have a favourite? I was thinking just the little pouch type meat
pies, not as in selling slices of a meat pie. That would be a little
difficult to walk around a medieval fair with.

Thanks! And I hope my questions aren't too frequently asked.
