It was just such :"nibbles" that first interested me in medieval cookery! :-)
Had I not taken the time to go to one of your cooking classes at Pennsic many
years ago I never would have been exposed to the culinary delights of the
Middle Ages. Thanks for giving me the opportunity. I have never let you know
personally what a great influence you had in my choice of an "art" in the SCA
so , with the above post I thought that I would take this opportunity to thank
you. You have been a continuing source of inspiration throughout the years and
your contributions to the SCA have left a lasting legacy for us all.
