SC - OOP Aussie chilli and road-kill

Americans on this list have talked about eating road-kill deer. As I 
drive along country roads there appears to be quite a good supply of 
road-kill kangaroo. A finnish friend of mine uses kangaroo to make a 
karelian stew which is more traditionally done with reindeer, as he says 
they are pretty similar. So maybe I could make use of all these 
casualties of the highway culture.

And the skins are pretty good, although that deer seems to have had a 
VERY big tail, and very small shoulders...
