SC - Frozen Scotch Eggs

I froze about 300 scotch eggs for a breakfast, heated them up in a nesco on
low starting the evening before serving them, and they were ok. The
texture was a little tougher than fresh, but the taste was fine. Also, the
outside was a little wet.
