SC - frozen pomegranate seeds

Hi,
I am having a difficult time finding turnips. Has anyone used rutabagas
in 'armored turnips' as a substitute?  I need to know ASAP. The feast is
next week and I am set to cook the armored turnips (or rutabagas) this
weekend.
