SC - Parsley root

Parsley roots are available in most markets in the Los Angeles area (at least)
under the "Melissa's" brand name. I found them yesterday at Lucky's, which is
the least-up-scale market in my area.

"Melissa's" also sells other semi-exotic root veggies, horseradish root,
trendy kinds of onions and things like that.

They may have a web site -- I'll look.
