SC - Need Bread Recipe for Pennsic Wedding

Hallo folks!

I am turning to the learned here, since I know someone will be able to help
me. I am not back on the list yet (no time.....), but hope someone will be
able to e-mail me privately, cc'ing the list in case anyone else is
interested.

I am catering 2 (count 'em 2) period weddings at pennsic---the same day no
less, and am stuck for the Persian/Zaroastrian one. I need a recipe for Nan
Lavash (crisp persian flatbread)or Nan Sangak (soft, warm persian flatbread
baked on hot pebbles). If someone could give me a recipe for either/both of
these OR any other Persian or similar mid-east bread (preferably flat),
which is camp-fire producable, I would be deeply and forever appreciative!
If no one comes up with anything, I'd like to know that, too, so I don't
wait in vain for a source or recipe.

Thanks for your help, I really am going thru list withdrawal symptoms! But
tempus fugit, y'know! No time to compute when it's garden season, high
tourney season, sewing-for-pennsic season and all three of my girls and my
husband  have birthdays the next 3 months.
