Wow, it's been a while since I posted.  I have a number of questions, as
usual, and I hop emost of them haven't already been asked in the recent
past.

1) In venison recipes, as venison refers to any game ungulate, how do we
know which to use?

2) From the breakfast line...  What's wrong with herring?  We need to have
more of it, for a lower price too...  :-)  elsewise some nice lox...
