Greetings to the List,

Well, I have prolly been talked into another feast. For those of you who do
not know, feasts are not my favorite way of pursuing the culinary artisan in
me. Given the spacial and helper problems (no we do not have a HUGE kitchen
and oodles of scullery help) , I feel that in a lot of cases large feasts
compromise the integrity of same.

So to my question. While I can research, document, shop for, cook, etc.,
etc., etc., a large feast, we want to do something of a barbarian barbecue
for a feast that is tentatively planned for May. I am not too sure how to do
something this simple. No this is not a joke. I have no idea how to make or
serve period salads, barbecue etc. nor where to look for documentation. Does
one document a barbarian barbecue? How does one serve this type of feast?

Any guidance etc. would be greatly appreciated as I am "lost in the woods"
on this one.

Micaylah
- -I did however, talk them out of buffet style...yuck!-
