	I loved this book, and would recommend getting it at that price no matter
what! That said, take anything he says about history with a grain of salt, and
double-check details with more scholarly sources before accepting them as
true. He is a decent source for worked out versions of old recipes, though, as
long as you are careful to pick stuff with no modern ingredients.
