SC - cooking frumenty

Greetings, Good Gentles!
	Something just popped out of the back of my head regarding
frumently, and I though I'd ask- how do you keep it from scorching,
particularly in large batches? I don't think I've yet had it unburnt, with
the exception of the small amounts we made at cooks' night.
