Oh!  now I get it.  Well, I likely will be serving chicken as I have a 
tight budget.  But, I won't make Genevia make 100 individual chicken 
pastries all by her lonesome.  I want to make individual apple tarts, 
and more than one small pie shaped object per diner per feast seems 
redundant.
