SC - meat days and fast days - MIXED?

Being a former (I love meat) Vegan, I personally believe there were more veggie
dishes then meat dishes for the commonwealth of people.  I do not find it
offensive to have a few or all meatless dish at an event.  I have done such a
feat before and for the meat lover, well, they just didn't know the difference.
There are so many veggies that have the same meaty taste or texture.
