SC - food handling safety.

So that I won't be holding anyone who would like to comment before 
myself....  I am going to try to retrieve the latest version from the 
library where I went to school, if I can't get my hands on that....I 
need to look for my book which may be in my parents home in PA. I am in 
RI,  If you are in a hurry to start I apologize, I thought it was here 
when I moved.  But I will definitely contribute all I can.
