Well, the Grandfather is entitled to a certain number of fruit exchanges each
day, so if you follow the guidelines for meal planning put forth by the ADA, you
can serve a very nice fruit compote, or a slice of melon.

of gluten allergy concerns, and has some links to sites with recipes, including
the source for my rice based non wheat bread, which can be used for pancakes-how
about fresh fruit topping thin pancakes made with maltitol?
