Um, that's about what I paid for my copy, new, on special order to Canada 
from the USA and in Canadian funds.  The most important thing to consider
is:

1. how badly do you want it, and 

2. how big a hole will it put in your bank account (or how much
mac'n'cheese can you eat in a month).

As to the worth of the book, I liked it but that's a personal thing.  
You may see something in it I didn't, or not.
