Powdered milk would probably work for the milk part but , IIRC, the idea of
using the Creamline was for the cream that floats to the top due to lack of
homogenization.

Ohhh, I was skimming (no pun intended) them, and thought it was for milk that
didn't go bad when unrefrigerated.

I don't drink powdered milk, but I like it for cooking on camping trips.
