Dear My Young Lady,

Trust me, it ain't easy being in school out of sequence. I spent 20 years
in the "Real" world working 60-80 hours per week, and finally earned enough
money to come back to school. It's hard, sometimes, when you're having open
discussions on attitudes and thoughts about the relationships of events, to
see youngsters like yourself who still have stars in their eyes and ideals
which have never been tarnished, because you know that sooner or later,
they're gonna hit the real world, but I've found a great amount of hope for
the folks who still have dreams. I still have a Dream, and I've found a
place, the SCA, which won't let me grow up until I'm ready to.

Don't worry about your youth- that's curable. I'm still thanking teenagers
in my classes who have helped me learn subjects which I was having problems
with. A good mind is a wonderful thing, regardless of the package it comes
in.
