SC - salmon and mackeral recipes

There are several salmon and several mackeral recipes as well as some general
descriptions of how they were prepared in this file in the FOOD section of my

(as this file is now over 100K, I want to find a way to split it. Anybody
have some ideas on how to split medieval fish by category? I split shellfish
out of it a while back)
