You mean you aren't supposed to actually suck the tea bag?? How else is a person
to become a lert (the space is intentional) in the morning? And for the
evening... I have found "Oregon Chai" in my local health food store. You drink
it latte...it comes in concentrate. It is sooo relaxing that I try to have a
cup every night or two before bedtime. It certainly is tasty with the ginger,
cinnamon, etc. they put in the black tea.
