Jasmine,

At a couple of events I ran and a couple that I have attended we have put
out an event booklet. This booklet contained the event schedule, the feast
menu, who was in charge of what and in some cases, the recipes for each
dish served. It didn't take much time to put together and I felt that the
extra cost of producing these event booklets was well worth it. I have
kept all the booklets with recipes in them and have a pretty nice
collection after 21 years.
