This is well said. And all things come with a price. In my kitchen (as
I learned in the kitchens of my first 6 events), the price of spectating
and fellowship is participation and sharing my burden. I'll gladly wile
away the day and share my adventures and knowledge on feast day if you
are willing to peel those 2 cases of parsnips with me. Otherwise, I do
believe there to be a more appropriate time for the intercourse.

My favorites are those who walk through the door as feast setup is going
on in the hall, 15 minutes before first remove to be delivered, and asks
if they can just 'rinse out there tankard from lunch'. Has been yes in
the past, but never again...that is just too oblivious to the imposition
on the staff.
