Seriously, I still have hand-outs from my Pennsic XXVI class on sauce
construction and humoral theory.  Would you like me to do that in land
grab week?  11:00 one morning would be good.  It might be a nice
pre-runner to some of the other sauce classes people are doing/attending
later.  Still don't have web access back, but you have my info.
