SC - Need Author

I am trying to interlibrary loan the following journal:  "A Baghdad Cookery
Book",Islamic Culture 13:1 Jan. '39, pp. 21-47 and in 13:2 April '39 pp.
189-214.  

Unfortunately, the MTSU library won't even place the request without an
author -- anyone out there have the author?  I am desperate to take a look
at this article.
