I'll bet lots of us would be happy to buy that book.  Were you posting
with Lady Carlein about carrying it?  If you do, Carlein, reserve me a
copy!

There were, IIRC, a bunch of cookbooks with pretty much the same title,
or a slight variation.  Does anyone have a list of them all, with dates,
authors, et al?  I thought I had one of them, can't find it.
