Off hand, all i can think of that is really white is money-plant/lunaria
which isn't edible, and the circular white parts aren't leaves, they're
seedpods, but they're beautiful...

There are several plants with pale silvery green leaves. -Many are
artemesias, plants like White Sage, commonly used in Native American
smudges, but there are others that grow in the Old World. Other plants i
can think of are Dusty Miller and some Tansies...

Not much help.
