I don't know where he's getting info, but an acquiantance of mine here
in An Tir has been experimenting with making a 'periodoid' chocolate- it
it thick syrupy, and somewhat bitter. I think he's using the ground
Mexiacn chocolate that you can get in the little import groceries. And I
don't know about peppers, but he is adding cinnamon. The stuff is
interesting, though not what I would call food of the gods...
