    Neat! Do you remember how long it took to roast them? Hard to do the 
usual tests when they are all wrapped up in the pastry....... Although I 
suppose you could get a thermometer in, if you just remembered the right 
spot! :-)
    Hummmmm, that's a thought for Christmas--if my dad gets any more annoyed 
at the geese that insist on invading their yard, he may pull out the gun! ;-)
