The Romans' traditional offering to Priapus was milk and honey.  This one is 
simple, elegant, and effective.

FLUMMERY

1/2 cup single malt scotch
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup good quality honey
1/4 cup whipping cream

Soak the oatmeal in the whiskey for at least one hour.  Combine with the 
honey & whipped cream.

Sorta kinda period-ish.  As for the scotch, well, candy's dandy, but likker's 
quicker.  <veg>
