SC - A Dilemma on what to cook for Dinner-HELP!

Polenta is Cornmeal, sort of what you would use for scratch cornbread. I
generally use 2 cups of water to 1 cup of meal, cook until it boils and
maybe add some marg/butter/oil and/suger. This is really just cornmeal mush.
