I've seen several of these clear garbage looking containers at the
restaurant supplies, my favorite being Smart & Final (on the west coast,
I'm not sure what you have available there.

And yes, they are invaluable, who wants to make lemonade a gallon at a time
while at war? Make 5 gallons!!! Ice it well, and it might last a day or two.
