SC - blintzes, blini, crepes etc.

Frisbys?  

How about 'crepes, et al' ?  Most everybody knows what a crepe is, and if
you include 'et al' then they should know it includes the blini, etc. 
Or, 'all sorts of pan-cakes', since someone described one of them as
being high, from use.
