SC - Recipe request OOP Peach Chutney

Does anybody have a recipe for peach chutney (or any other
preserve/suggestions) cos I have a few kilos to do something interesting
with? At the moment I'm getting them cheap. (And yes I guess this is
probably the wrong season for this sort of thing for most people on the list
:) )
