Or you could use the person's redactions who is designated as the chief
'chef.' This would be far more 'fun' and reasonable than throwing out the
same old recipes that have been used for eons. The usual method of cooking on
a food show is to do your own thing not someone else's.
Seems to me a reasonable supposition that anyone involved in the project
would be both knowledgeable in period cookery and a good cook so resorting to
redoing other people's work would not be part of the equation.
