Well, Ok...I had it in a file somewhere. I told you but  I really don't like
to lie so I would respectfully ask you not to make me do it again. ;-)

Yep off the top of my head....am now waiting for the resulting dish to cool to
room temperature. It was pretty tasty hot . :-) Hopefully it will be just as
tasty at room temp. It would make a great dessert dish or even a nice side
dish for ham, IMO.

By all means cook  it the way you think it should be done. Remember this dish
hasn't been created using this recipe for hundreds of years. Your version or
anyone elses, if they follow the steps and do not add or delete ingredients,
will be just as valid as mine. :-) I, for one, would love to hear what you
come up with.
