yes, taken out of the fiberous husk that is the dried fruit of the cardamomum
ellaterium bush, cardamoms come in black, white and green. they all have the
little black seeds inside but there are taste differences. next time you make
coffee or tea crunch a few up and throw them in, it is surprisingly good
especially with orange peel in a black tea.
