In the age of the banquetting stuff, how about, instead of a single
spectacular dessert, a spectacular spread of less spectacular desserts
- -- wow them with the presentation, and include things like marzipan
fruits, candied peels, marmelades/jellies, candied fruits, nuts, and
flowers,  tarts of fruit, and wafers?
