Thanks. That is the recipe I meant. For some bizarre reason the word 'hang'
didn't register. I will  stick the breast on my sker like contraption that I
use to keep ducks and geese above the pan when I repeat this recipe. If
nothing else it will make a very nice and succylent crisp crust all around the
outside instead of just the top. :-)

Yes, folks, you will get my redaction when I finish post the rest of the
Ladie's Champions menu. ;-) My next project > the chicken sausage type
thingies. :-)
