Papa John's (or we call it Poppa Johan's) crust is definately more tender, and
IMHO alot less greasy than Pizza Hut's.    I won't eat Pizza hut because the
crust always drips grease when I bite into it, ruining the appetite.  I also
know that PJ's bakes on a flat pan and PH's bakes in a pan-one with sides.
maybe that's effecting the dough too????
