SC - Turkish Breakfast - Suggestions Anyone?

Here comes some venison recipes found in a book with oriental recipes:

Bulgoki

5 pounds venison, cut into strips
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cul sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup soy souce
5 tablespoons honey

Marinate above ingredients for at least 24 hours.
Sprinkle 1 package sesame seeds onto the meat after you take out of
marinating sauce
Broil on cookiesheet (lined with aluminium foil) until dark, turn meat
over and continue broiling until dark.
